Nesta ter\u00e7a-feira (25), durante a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o da 11\u00aa sess\u00e3o ordin\u00e1ria, os vereadores de Tr\u00eas Lagoas analisaram cinco projetos de lei.<\/p>\n
Na Ordem do dia, quatro projetos foram encaminhados para a Comiss\u00e3o de Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Justi\u00e7a e Reda\u00e7\u00e3o Final. Somente o pl n\u00ba 13, de 10 de mar\u00e7o de 2023, que institui o Programa Pequenos Atletas, teve solicita\u00e7\u00e3o de pedido de vistas.<\/p>\n
A lista de projetos encaminhados para CCJ, para an\u00e1lise e emiss\u00e3o de parecer \u00e9 a seguinte:
\nPROJETO DE LEI No. 24 DE 20 DE ABRIL DE 2023: “AUTORIZA O MUNIC\u00cdPIO A FIRMAR TERMO DE CONTRIBUI\u00c7\u00c3O COM A ASSOCIA\u00c7\u00c3O BRASILEIRA DE BARES E RESTAURANTES REGIONAL DA COSTA LESTE\/MS, ENTIDADE SEM FINS LUCRATIVOS PARA REPASSE DE CONTRIBUI\u00c7\u00d5ES E D\u00c1 OUTRAS PROVID\u00caNCIAS”.
\nPROJETO DE LEI No. 25 DE 20 DE ABRIL DE 2023: “AUTORIZA O PODER EXECUTIVO A CEDER EM COMODATO, PARA POSTERIOR DOA\u00c7\u00c3O, \u00c1REA \u00c0 EMPRESA FIBRAX SOLUTIONS LTDA – EPP, E D\u00c1 OUTRAS PROVID\u00caNCIAS”.
\nPROJETO DE LEI No. 26 DE 20 DE ABRIL DE 2023: “ALTERA O ARTIGO 6o DA LEI No 3.886, DE 26 DE ABRIL DE 2022, QUE DISP\u00d5E SOBRE A REFORMULA\u00c7\u00c3O DO CONSELHO MUNICIPAL DOS DIREITOS DA PESSOA COM DEFICI\u00caNCIA”.
